We would love to have you join the Scenic View Family! A permanent spot is $1200 for the year plus your electricity which is read at the end of the year from your meter.
Don't worry about the hassle of setting up and tearing down! Build your perfect spot with us today with roomy sites, surrounded by nature and the Yellow River you'll feel at home in no time.
UTV's and Golf carts are allowed as well as pets we ask that all pets be on leashes and UTV's and Golf carts are used responsibly.
You are in charge of your own lawn but we do offer weekly mowing by our daughter Ashlee for $10 a week this includes mowing and weed eating.
You are responsible for your own fire pit and emptying of it.
Trash is either taken home or on side one is a dump truck (no big items please)
We do have amazing fire works every year for 4th of July that we collect cans for donations we ask that only cans are thrown in those areas no trash please.
We are happy to answer any other questions for weekend stays or permanents, either way we are happy to have you stay with us.
